In March 2024, the SCC introduced a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan, reinforcing our commitment to a workplace that is welcoming and built on mutual trust, respect and inclusion. This Plan reflects our collective dedication to embracing and celebrating the diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds of our team members.
Our DEI Plan focuses on four key areas:

These pillars aim to continue to build a diverse, vibrant and inclusive culture for everyone.
