2024 SCC DEI Education Journey

In March 2024, the SCC introduced a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Plan, reinforcing our commitment to a workplace that is welcoming and built on mutual trust, respect and inclusion. This Plan reflects our collective dedication to embracing and celebrating the diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds of our team members. Our DEI Plan focuses on four key areas:  1. Proactive Outreach 2. Clear Messaging and Communication 3. Fostering a Respectful Culture and 4. Providing Education and Events.
